EWM was created with one overall principle which came from one of our founders, EPI.

What we look for in recruits for the EWM Group is simple. People who have a kind spirit, people who like to help others pursue there dreams and come out of there shells. People who are creative and imaginative and believe in working as a team to help everyone shine.
And most importantly people who are willing to spend some of there precious time doing this.
Everyone matters, Everyone is important.

Our Dance Teams are the most booked for events in 3dx. Normally we only have enough time to dance at Unity Events and a few select one time parties such as birthdays. We are always trying to recruit more dancers to help with this. We dont get paid, we dont swap dancing for DJ slots we just dance to be kind. Currently we have one dance team active (The Flailing Monkey Squad) made up of dancers who are clone alts of some very kind people who pay for multiple accounts just so they can help rooms add some excitement to the room and get noticed a little easier on the large lists of rooms people can visit. We have a second team under development (EWM Dance Squad) which will primarily be made up of individual players using only 1 character to dance. The requests for us to dance forced us to utilize alts to fullfill the huge number of events we dance at however several of us miss the camradarie and general team chat we used to have so were making the new team for select engagements to recapture some of that.
The flailing monkeys will always be a less chatty team of alts that help get a room noticed but the new team will require its members to be more attentive, change dances more often etc. If either of these two types of dance team interest you then feel free to apply.
